Hi all

Time I updated as I have been having a play in wordpress but am finding it a bit tough and now with the new changes in blogger I am feeling like this is so much easier so think I will stick with this (changing my mind again)(LOL)

Well Kids are back at school(yahoo) do I sound to excited. I am enjoying my time during the day as I am now working 5 nights a week and find the days just whizz by. DD turned 13 yesterday so did the whole cake,singing thing and gererally had a relaxing day although we did drench calves and moved fences in the morning.

Well it’s Monday already and I have so much work to do around here but there is never enough hours in the day and my srap room needs a major tidy but every time I go to do it I get all creative and end up playing and creating and making a bigger mess(hopeless I tell you) oh well at least I’m happy and enjoying myself.
And really need to get some challenges done if I ever get my space cleaned up.

Welcome to 2007

Well just some pics from Christmas of our family. the first one is DS and DD showing their love for each other. then there is Nick (DS) and partner Kate the next is my wonderful hubby Tony and me, then the whole brood,
Happy New Year everyone.
Well I am still a bad blogger and haven't updated for a while so here goes.
Since my last update lots have happened as I have 4 foster children and 3 with special needs which worn me down to breaking point so had to make the hardest decision I will ever have to make and have 2 of them placed elsewhere as it all got too much and was not a positive healthy enviroment for any of us anymore.I don't expect you all to understand this.How could she you ask? But it was this or they would be carrying me out in a straight jacket. So I have been doing alot of serious thinking and have decided I have made the right decision for all concerned.And I keep telling myself this as I have to.
Anyway on to more positive things We all had a great Christmas with all the children home so got lots of pics as could be a couple of years till we are all together again. OOPS have put 2 of Hubby and I and not sure how to get rid of it(LOL)
Well my word for this year is ENJOY

THAK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU to my secret santa off Scrapbook essentials absolutly awesome pressie just love it and a cigar box to alter...way too cool I love altering things in fact I am always looking at what things come in to see if I can maybe alter it(LOL)packaging has never looked soooooo good(LOL) Well what can I say about the flowers .....I LOVE flowers any shape form or texture and some may have noticed I use them alot so Thank you and of course the chipboard scrolls etc are awesome and I am also having a love affair with these at the mo. So once again THANK YOU and I hope you and yours have a wonderful Christmas.......

I am such a bad blogger

I am such a bad blogger but you know how it is at this time of year CRAZY. but have been doing some scrapping for challenges on scrapbookessential here is my create a frame LO for the fortnight challenge and really enjoy

ed doing this one.The challenges are great and get you well me anyway out of my comfort zone. I am inspired by all the great talented scrappers that share their work with us all and have become more and more passionate about this craft .

On another note the whole blogger thing gets me cause I can't figure out how to get links in to it, have tried but nope can't do it.Suppose one day the penny will drop(LOL).

Another weekend bites the dust

Yep I just don't know where the time goes what with kids off to birthday parties and sleepovers and Guyfowkes which was great cause we live rural the kids had a ball having sack rides and no interest in the display at all (I hope OSH aren't reading this LOL) But the joys of the country are awesome.

Well it looks like the weather is going to s... itself again so maybe an excuse to get some scrapping done as wanting to do SE nov challenge HANDWRITING (YUK) but will attempt it.(LOL) I am really enjoying the challenges as I have not done this before and I find it motivating.

Well better go and do some chores just to make it look like I have been doin something so DH dosen't know I have been on the computer half the morn (LOL)
This is my challenge for group 4 or more photos together which i quite like the simplicity of as this is a place we lived in for 6 years and have wonderful memories of with it's bath in the bush and the river running thru the property (we did have a normal bathroom as wellLOL) it was such an awesome time for us all.

Hi all yes it's still me but wasn't happy with the other blog so have started again (truth is I stuffed up all the settings LOL)


Well October has been and gone and" where "I ask myself, It was so full on and November is looking that way too.
I have just returned from leisure marching in Invercargill which was awesome, we had such a great time and met some real characters(LOL) It was just a shame I never got to meet some of the girls from SE forum but it just didn't happen so maybe another time.
I am loving being on the forum with all the amazing ladies and such talent it's amazing, and Meg you the best, I don't know how you do it, also Happy Birthday Meg hope you have a good one.

DH had his b'day on monday and turned the big 50 so another milestone has been reached.Although the kids all think he's ancient anyway as kids do.
